Really need more help And better Selections of food and then you looks like something from a country restaurant very bland menu you have better choices of appetizers people come in there to drink and the appetizers are terrible

We were seated quickly. We ordered Texas Poutine as an appetizer which was delicious. We asked the waitress to wait till we were done with the appetizer before dinner was brought. It wasn’t. Our prime rib dinners were delivered half way through our appetizer. The prime rib had sear marks from a flat iron grill! It tasted like a boiled steak, no flavor at all, not a prime rib cut from the roast. The Brussels sprouts were saturated in oil and not “ crispy” as the menu stated they’d be. Our food had fruit Flys coming off plate when brought out our food and chicken was over done it was so gross:(

Never received my open table points. The waitress had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her twice. Never received my 100 points. She won’t be serving us again

I and my friend ordered the prime rib. She ordered hers medium well and I ordered it medium rare. Here was done medium rare and mine was one part delicious the other half barely cooked. We pointed this out to Teach and she agreed. We all left hungry. To not serve any bread up front or offer appetizers, was disappointing. Would not return

The restaurant is really just a few tables by the coffee bar café in the lobby of the hotel. The food was pretty disappointing. We ordered the prime rib special and the prime rib was overdone, had no flavor and was cold. The service was so-so, we waited forever for water refills, etc. Just overall disappointing for the cost. The casino really needs to add a good mid-priced restaurant option. the food is extremely overpriced and not good. The chicken was $27and reheated and the Tuna was $30 with no side and not good. terrible restaurant and VERY overpriced
