They did not know of my reservation when entering and told me to "sit anywhere".....Poor slow service--understaffed as usual. Food very good. Asked for seperate checks and got one, then asked again to split and it took 3 people at register to figure it out. We both had same meal and my friend had one soda(me none) and it was a problem. May not go back there but with the buffet not open have limited choices. Very disappointed.

Ordered a caesar salad with dressing on the side. I did get dressing on the side but the salad was covered with dressing. I also ordered the turkey pot pie and without a doubt it was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. The biscuits were tasteless and the turkey, grave and carrots were like something that was poured out of a can. I could hardly eat it because the was so bad.

The service was excellent However, we had the prime rib special and the servings of Beef were small, tough & full of grizzle. Most restaurnts would also provide a roll or bread. We received neither. We would have gladly paid for a tossed salad, but was not offered. Would not recommend this at all!

Took a 4:15 reservation based on availability. Seated right away, prime rib special on the menu looked good however informed by the waitress I couldn’t have it. It “doesn’t come out of the oven till 4:30”. Seriously!!! We had to ask the waitress for drinks, she never bothered to ask if we wanted one.

Looked much nicer in pictures than in reality, was just a little cutout in a casino, im sure it's lovely but just not the experience we were expecting

This venue has gone downhill in food quality. My husband's prime rib was mediocre. My meatloaf reeked of garlic and was overcooked. The menu was very limited and there was no presentation worth remembering. The only good things were having a $20 credit and open table for reservations. We will not return.

We ordered the Prime Rib Special and my wife and I both got very fatty pieces of meat and we ordered medium. There was barely any pink and it seemed a bit over cooked. My wife seemed to think it was leftover from the day before. The outside coating had no flavor. The Au jus was not good if it was Au jus at all. There was nothing special done to the meat to make it better or memorable compared to other places. I would have expected something better from Del Lago.
