RecommendedMario was our technician this afternoon, and was very prompt and was also very knowledgeable on our Thermador dishwasher. The recall repair was done in a very efficient manner.
Steve and Doug were the technicians who did the repairs on my washing machine. Steve diagnosed and Doug did the repairs. I would like to commend them both on the professional way they handled themselves. They put on their shoe covers and went to work. Also, the parts were ordered timely and came directly to my house. The whole experience was so easy and smooth and best of all, my washer works again.
Solar(Steven) came out to repair my dishwasher...the gentlemen was very efficient, courteous and knowledgable. He found the problem right a way...the control panel. He had to order it. The part was delivered to my home by UPS on Thursday. Solar called me on Friday to set my appointment for Monday. Steven came out promptly, replaced the part and my dishwasher is now up and running...Thank you Steven. PS We hate washing dishes by hand!

Toni was very helpful with scheduling my initial appointment. After determining the problem, Jason was able to find out on-the-spot what day the parts needed would be available and scheduled my follow-up visit to complete the repair. You get a phone call the afternoon before the appointment day to give you the arrival window, and the technician calls to let you know when he is on his way. New to solar appliance. Got next day appt. Mike arrived early in the time window and called in advance. He was professional, pleasant and efficient in his repair of my dishwasher. What a pleasant surprise compared with my experience from other appliance repair companies. Also like that they're paperless. Will request Mike again for future calls.
