I am so happy with the work of Kenny. He showed up when he said he would & immediately diagnosed the problem with my washer. He ordered the part & again showed up exactly when he said he would, repaired the machine, & left. I also loved that Solar gave me the choice of appointment time from 8-12 or 1-5, not the usual 8-5 where I had to spend all day waiting for the repair man who usually showed up at 4:30.
John with Solar, came to my house, when I was told between 12 and 3, got here at 12:30, so I didn't have to wait long. He fixed the ice maker quickly, all while teaching me how to keep it running properly. He was nice as could be, quit to finish the job and my ice maker is back up and running in no time. Thanks, John.
Solar has always been easy to work with and EXTREMELY helpful. Mario was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Mario also was neat and clean, while working with my dishwasher! Thanks you Solar and Mario!!
Our technician, Jon R., was great. He was punctual, prepared, and professional. The icemaker was leaking from a hole in the water supply line. Jon called my husband before the appointment to confirm the time and get the details on the problem. He was able to get the part before coming to our house, and the entire job took him about 15 minutes. We will definitely call Solar next time we need service!
