While it turned out that all we needed in the end was to “reset” our dishwasher to get it to stop the annoying beeping, our service representative, Grant, was very understanding and explained some of the owner servicing we could that was not spelled out in the Bosch owner’s manual. Very professional service from the person taking the phone calls through Grant’s house call. This was my second experience with Solar over the past couple years and I gladly recommend them.

Repairman was on time, gave me a courtesy call, professional and explained the problem. Had the part available that was needed (great).

Service was fine. But, i gave the dispatcher instructions as to where i lived, downstairs on right. Serviceman went upstairs on left.

Technician who serviced our appliances was courteous, efficient, explained what he was doing, what caused the problems with the appliances and what the solution would be to get the appliances operating. He also estimated to the best of his ability and the information he had as to how long it may be to get the necessary part to fix the problem with the refrigerator. He repaired the problem with the oven on site.
