Ron has been to service our refrigerator and has always been extremely efficient and informative about the problem. He is always neat and knows how to communicate very well to us that don't have the skills that he does. Thank you for Ron!

Appreciate the fact that i get a 3 hour window of expected arrival, BUT also get a call from the technician when he is on his way. I really like that extra customer courtesy. I've used Solar several times. Techs are very respectful (come into your house with shoe covers), communicate well and are knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will use again should the need arise.
