Your product is awesome i give it a 5 star rating. I have a metal roof and its very difficult to get a signal but now i have 5 bars, its very affordable and i highly recommend this product.

I needed a 2 inch diameter ground mast to install a satellite dish. I will be setting the mast in concrete, and initially I was looking at an 8 foot mast. I decided to chat with an agent to check the shipping cost. Due to the long length, the shipping was almost $100 for the 8 ft mast selling for about $25. Without any request on my part, the agent checked the 7 ft mast and the shipping was under $15. The 7 ft mast will still work fine in the concrete, and the agent saved me $85 in shipping. Ordered item 10.000mAh solar panel power bank advertised at $26.99. At checkout the price was then $32.99 Is the additional $6.00 in taxes? I did not select any additional shipping or expedited transaction. Seems kind of high if just taxes. Please let me know what the additional $6.00 charge if for.

Due to coronavirus there were a bunch of complications. While I didn't get my order overnight, customer service was extremely helpful and responsive to get things worked out. I felt like customer service was very good about dealing with things that were well beyond their control. That extra effort is all I can expect from a company in the current environment.
