I had an abnormal mammogram last week and went back today for additional testing. Unfortunately I was not able to have the testing performed because they were running over an hour behind schedule. There was a room full of women waiting over an hour with no explanation provided or acknowledgment of the delay. BEWARE! Do not go here! The facility is lovely. The technicians are great. However, they are behind in their insurance billing by over a year. They miscoded a claim from 2025 and I have been trying to get them to re-process this claim since May 2025. They keep telling me that the Back billing office is six months behind. It has been longer than that and I still can’t get the claim paid because they won’t resubmit it.
Horrible customer service. Was given a dismissive attitude by the radiology tech that did the mammogram as well as the additional tech who did the ultrasound. I did not feel supported nor given “peace of mind”, despite that being their mantra written on their walls. The changes made since Progressive morphed into Solis has but been favorable imo. I called my local number only to be routed to a corporate call center. it took 3 transfers to get me to my local front desk. If results are abnormal, I need that report. Progressive always sent the results to me and my Dr. Solis only sent reports to my Dr and just sent me a letter informing me that further imaging was needed. I had a mammogram in May of this year. They sent me a statement after my insurance had been billed, and I had a $47.49 balance, which I promptly paid in July (the check cleared my bank). But the texts and emails didn't stop: you owe a balance, make your payment, etc. I called and explained the situation. They said, "we don't have any record of that payment."
