Dr. Friedman is amazing. She takes the time to do things right and is very caring. My friend needed some work done before he could get his surgery, and she fit him into her schedule and did all of it. She saved a few teeth and did a really good job on extractions and crowns.I had some work done also, and I am very pleased. I would recommend her to anyone! No question - she is the best dentist in Solon and I dare say the entire CLEVELAND Area. Great for kids and the entire family. The location is comfortable, professional and convenient. If you are looking for the best dental care - check out Dr Friedman and you won't be disappointed .

Great dentist office. I see Dr. Ellen Friedman and she's the best. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the care they provide. They get me in and out as quick as possible, which makes the experience more pleasant since nobody likes going to the dentist.

My bill was connected with another persons. They just added the the charges up and sent it , to me. I had to call them and clear things up. In the office they wanted me to pay walking in and then again asked when I was leaving. I told them about the mess up with the bill they sent and they denied knowing anything about it. Been there for a year and found out they don't have my records when transferred from retiring dentist who sent his patients to them in bulk. records should have been there before you walk in the door. ... read more

So...when you go to the dentist it's never fun. But I did my initial exam and finance ran my insurance for an upcoming appointment to clear it. Then, I'm in the chair, number up (literally) to my eyeball and the dentist tells me they are GOING to do X, Y, and Z. She also says why. That's it. Procedure is over and I am given a bill for $650 that insurance didn't cover which was not what I had talked to finance about. I made a call to this office for my aunt on May 1st. RE. my aunt had an appointment the first week of April and they had to send out for preauthorization to her insurance. It's been four weeks and she hasn't heard from them. My call was with Serena, first I am on hold for 12 minutes + and the authorization letter was sent to them on the 14th per my aunts insurance. They took my daughter here and literally stole her prepaid money. They completely disregarded the insurance coverage and kept the full amount of her prepaid money. We contacted the insurance discount plan months ago, they are trying to get solon smiles to respond and they just keep ignoring all of us. Please refund the $465.00 to my daughter.
