Can't Fix or Alter PERFECTION
It was a good experience. I entered from the side door, so signage or a directory might be helpful in that area. Also, it would have been nice to be scheduled closer to the time I would actually receive my consultation. Perhaps, allowing for a 15 minute window between clients?

From day one, my consultant Sarah from the Hanover, MD location, was an absolute angel. I fought the feelings of, “she’s a sales person. She’s probably just trying to get her sale”. But day after day she proved to me that she was a patient advocate and cheerleader. We had a last minute conflict with my surgery. Like hours before my surgery. My surgery date was the 10th of April and my experience was great up and till the surgery date. The only thing that I Don't like is that you don't get a follow up call .maybe a day after just for FYI. Just that little thing will make a big difference..my doctor and nurse was terrific.
My experience was great from the start of the phone call to make my appointment for my free consultation. To going in and getting the price range I was expecting to get that help me make my decision to go thru with the surgery. The day of my surgery the nurse and the doctor was professional and caring to my needs. I was very nervous but by the end of it all I had two new friends.
I, personally, can't say enough great things about my experience at Sono Bello. The staff is nothing short of amazing!! The personalities and their above and beyond spirits are unmatched!!! It is said, a doctor is only as good as the nurses and staff that surrounds them. The Sono Bello location in Hanover nailed every spot! I'm three weeks from recovery, feel great. I have only been to my consultation so far, but I can say that the staff is great. I met with Kerstin and she’s incredibly sweet and down to earth. She was very transparent and offered her opinion of what she thinks I need vs things I don’t really need, but ultimately left the decisions completely up to me. She made me feel very comfortable and tried to work with me to ensure that I can move forward with the services that I would like to have done. So far, so good!
I had such an amazing experience during my consultation today with Sarah in Hanover. I knew nothing of Sono Bello other than the limited information advertised on the TV Sarah was very professional, friendly and took her time to ensure every single question that came to mind was answered. Sarah made me feel so comfortable with the decision I have made. I am so excited for the great results I will get on April 14th, Happy Birthday to me. Yay!!!
