Hi Iam a 64 y/o Southern girl , with that being said , I had the most amazing and delightful person to assist me today she even laughed at my corny jokes . Michelle was very professional answering my questions over & over (some I repeated for clarity) but she was gracious & kindhearted to answer again . Great experience during my consult. The young lady at the front desk was patient with me not being able to find the location to assisting with parking. My actual consult was with Lauren which went so well I decided to schedule for the very next week. She was helpful and took time explaining entire process which went just as she said. Today was my first visit to Sonobello in the Silver Spring area and I was truly impressed with the nice facility. I meet with Michelle and she’s one of the most courteous, professional and friendly person I’ve ever meet. She was very nice and helpful in explaining all the process and answering all my concerns, she made my visit as comfortable as she possibly could. Thank you again!!!!!

I had my consultation with Lauren at the Silver Spring location yesterday and it was amazing! I honestly had no questions after her presentation because she was so knowledgeable and reassuring that I am making the best decision! I am so looking forward to getting my Tri-sculpt and Abex procedures!!

I had the absolute pleasure of having my consultation with Lauren today at the Silver Spring office. She answered all questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. There was no pressure to commit to anything. I felt comfortable and confident after meeting with her making my decision.

I have been seeking this surgery for some time now. I meet with Lauren about two weeks ago and she was amazing, made me feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about the procedure. I left and wanted to think about it and at not time did she pressure me or made me feel like this is something I must do, she answered all my questions even after the appointment and I felt like she answered the same questions over and over and never got annoyed with me. I very much enjoyed working with Lauren—very empathetic and responsive. When I had some hiccups in the lead up to the surgery, Lauren worked some magic and kept my surgery on schedule, and I speculate that my procedure went better than it would have with the original surgeon. Dr. Allison was very professional and helped to set realistic expectations.
