The staff members at the Silver Spring office is awesome!! From the front desk staff to the Patient Care Associate: Michelle. Everyone was so welcoming and patient. Michelle was very thorough in explaining the procedure process and financial options.

So this was my second time going in for a consultation and the first one was meh, just okay. Needless to say, I didn’t go through with it since I didn’t feel 100% comfortable.
