Hello to all potential patients. I would like to take this time to say that thus far my experience has been truly amazing. I was pleasured with the wisdom and expertise of Michelle for my consultation in the Silver Sprung office. She’s such a doll and truly knowledgeable. Hello folks Sono Bello is the place to be. They have great customer service the employees is very helpful the manager is awesome. They educate you on your procedure that you going to have. My new friend Michelle Bartenfelder she was very help her customer point and she was very funny and we have a inside joke, but the office staff is very cool and consultation with a success. Shout out to all the employees for helping me out in Sono Bello you the best!! ❤️

I had an excellent experience at the Sono Bello office in Silver Spring. Michelle Bartenfelder was so knowledgeable and caring. Her energy was infectious. I left her office feeling better about myself then I felt walking in. The Silver Spring office was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend.

My experience was amazing. Mrs. Lauren explained the process of the procedure and put my mind at ease. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She is definitely a keeper for the office.
