Today was my first initial visit to Sonobello in Silver Spring! It was awesome from start to finish! The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I met with Lauren. She’s very professional and personable! She’s knowledgeable and helpful! I’m confident with my decision to move forward! Thank you Lauren!

From beginning to end, even before the actual meeting with Ms Lauryn, Ms Jazzy was professional, and courteous. I was treated with respect from beginning to end. Ms. Jazzy calmly helped me with directions to the building and once there, directions where to park AND met me in the downstairs lobby to escort me to the office. Hi Iam a 64 y/o Southern girl , with that being said , I had the most amazing and delightful person to assist me today she even laughed at my corny jokes . Michelle was very professional answering my questions over & over (some I repeated for clarity) but she was gracious & kindhearted to answer again . Great experience during my consult. The young lady at the front desk was patient with me not being able to find the location to assisting with parking. My actual consult was with Lauren which went so well I decided to schedule for the very next week. She was helpful and took time explaining entire process which went just as she said. I did have some concerns and suggestions for the actual surgery center. Yumi and my initial nurse the day of was great. Today was my first visit to Sonobello in the Silver Spring area and I was truly impressed with the nice facility. I meet with Michelle and she’s one of the most courteous, professional and friendly person I’ve ever meet. I had my consultation with Lauren at the Silver Spring location yesterday and it was amazing! I honestly had no questions after her presentation because she was so knowledgeable and reassuring that I am making the best decision! I am so looking forward to getting my Tri-sculpt and Abex procedures!!
