This was the worst experience anyone could have. The reviews are all bad and I see why. I should have known when the room they had us wait in was filthy. When asked to be moved, the second room was just as bad. They pack people in the wards, even putting people on the floor on mattresses. It's obviously about $$ NOT care. Once you are in, you are not getting out! Not til they say so. This made my husbands recovery fall way behind. You cannot visit except for 1 hour on Saturday. AND the best part was.., he came home with C... read more

As a professional in Tucson, who works with our beloved seniors, I have never had a more horrible experience with a discharge planner specifically Andie Baucon. Andie made it very clear through several emails that she couldn't care less if this person was discharged safely or had their prescribed medication's. She continued to blatantly ignore questions that were being asked of her by myself and the potential Assisted Living community for the client. She continually refused to fill out paperwork necessary to get the client o... read more

This was one of the worst examples of patient care I think I've seen in years! My son was brought in on 02/07/2023 for SI. They took him in and immediately took his clothing to "wash it". They told him would be returned soon. TWO DAYS later my son still has no clothes. They never found them. He contacted me and asked me to please bring him something to wear besides scrubs. He was evaluated on 02/08/2023 by Dr Douglas. This dr never called me to discuss anything. The nurse called me to ask about starting meds. His social work... read more

PLEASE READ--WORD NEEDS TO GET OUT re: Sonora behavioral health on Corona Street. My daughter was in Sonora Behavioral Health facility in Tucson on Corona Street for 111 days and it was a HORRIBLE place and experience for her. The social worker, Gwen Leach was nasty and condescending and refused to let my daughter make calls to me, as her patient rights dictate, and TREATED MY DAUGHTER WITH CONTEMPT. SHE IS A MISERABLE AND ROTTEN EMPLOYEE WHO SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HER DISHONESTY, cruelty, AND lack of professionalism. She woul... read more

I was sent here after I OD'd, which obviously was mandatory since I had been struggling with severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other issues. I was 16 at the time. I got shamed multiple times from other patients. they separated the room into two sides, one for the bigs (maybe years 14-17) one for the little (anyone lower than that). I was put on the little side though, no clue why as I had informed multiple staff that I was over the age of 14, and wished to be put with kids in my age group. that never happened. once i got... read more

SAD, TRUELY SAD. I was assured my visit was "voluntarey " (sp) NOT So, once you are inside you are "THEIR'S". First you must give a 48 hour notice of intent to leave, then you must do an exam, by a Dr. Then they might let you out. And if you have ins. oh you're in for a long stay. I stopped at the front desk to ask if it was voluntery "OH YES" then I discovered once inside what the rule really was. I told the nurse I should be viewed as non-compliant. I would not let her put the plastic bracelet on me. At about 11pm (cha... read more

They know down to an art exactly what they can get away with, no matter how illegal. I was wrongfully committed because one nurse with no oversight or accountability to anyone (Megan) committed FRAUD on my intake assessment, citing "direct quotes" from me about plans to kill myself that directly contradict what my husband and I actually told her. She lied to my face about the counseling services it turns out they do NOT offer. She NEVER gave me the "mental health Miranda rights" speech about the possibility of involuntary co... read more

Staff mocking my son's condition. Not just one but numerous. He was in emergency mode of medication side effects And requesting medical attention. Spoke to house supervisor who guaranteed a call back after addressing it and never called back. Was told they don't give notes to each other when personnel change. No notes given to the morning supervisor so I was questioned about times and staff. (?!) another patient was allowed to approach him and tell him he was faking it on numerous occasions. Told this morning he would b... read more
