The camp grounds were very clean and well maintained. The camp house was great and pretty. The beds could be more comfortable...they were hard for my tastes. The employees were very helpful and nice. I love that they deliver to your site anything that they have to sell. Adults and kids had a blast and loved the experience. Will definitely make a return visit!

I loved the free kayaks, how close you can get to the water, and the cabana. Depending on where your cabana is, the toilets are to far and so is the parking. I also liked how the staff comes by to see if you needed any ice or water…for extra charge of course. The pricing policy needs improvement. If the price goes down within 2 weeks of the reservation then you should be refunded the difference. Prices may fluctuate but it just isn’t fair for the ones who book ahead of time! We enjoyed our 5 day stay in Son's Rio Cibolo, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had 2 Safari tents that were clean and comfortable. I don't really understand why the smaller tents have large refrigerators, but the large tents have tiny ones. While it seemed as though most guests respected the fact that the public bathrooms in the trailers are shared with others, they need cleaning more frequently than just the mornings.
