So far, I am down 25 pounds from mid October through the holidays into January. I have about 3 pounds to go, should get there this week and will then begin maintenance. If losing weight is your goal, and you are not trying to lift, build muscle or exercise hard during the process, it's a great way to go. Now it's about time to start putting the right kind of weight back on. Thank you for your support!
I have just begun the program. The only thing I can speak with authority about at this time is the friendliness of the Arlington staff. The support so far has been exceptional!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with SOTA. I have never been on a diet and so I was very skeptical but it was so easy. I wouldn't really even call it a diet. It's just about making better and smarter choices with what you eat and then you watch the extra few pounds fall off. Great nutritionists and support. A very well put together company. Highly recommend even if you only need to lose a few pounds like me.
