The crew at SOTA Arlingron, Tx helped me in a little over 3 1/2 months to lose 48.2 lbs at age 60! Amazing but I am not finished. With their continued support, I see my goal as obtainable to lose 108 lbs. Basically going from nearly 300 to 190. Thank you SOTA!!

I have been on the SOTA Weightloss program for just over 1 week. Everyone I have spoken with has been pleasant and easy to work with. I love being able to text as well as talk when I have questions. But things have been explained so well to me that I don’t have many questions. I love my results so far! I’m down 5.6 lbs the first week!! Also, I have not had a Diet Soda since I started - which is huge! ( I used to drink at least 3 20 oz diet sodas DAILY!)
They have been very supportive even though with my MS we knew we might have trouble with it. No fault of the program or the people. They have been wonderful. I just have this problem in my brain with this MS.
I enjoy stepping into this office, the team is great and they really encourage me to reach my goals
Follow the program exactly and you will get the results. That is exactly what has been happening to me. It has completely transformed how I eat and look at food. Worth it.
