So far great, no problems to report. Was giving answers to a few questions I had.
I feel as good as I have felt in many years. I understand the difficulties of letting go of old ways, and embracing new ones. This journey so far (one month) has been as smooth a transition into healthy patterns of living as any I have ever attempted. The products sustain and I look forward to nourishing my body. I have energy and feel alert and rested each morning. I look around and wish every single person I know would give SOTA weight loss a try!

Very professional and thorough
I have lost 74.4 lbs. This program works and a once seemingly to me unattainable goal of losing 108 lbs is now within my reach! This has CHANGED my life at 60 years old and given me a renewed feeling of becoming healthy and active into my 60s and 70s! Thank you SOTA! SOTA continues to be a very important part of my nutritional journey. They helped me lose 154.8 pounds and I have been on maintenance for almost 4 years. I have had ups and downs but the Arlington staff continue to be like family to me and help me stay or get back on track.
Good start. Office is nice and everyone is interested in my success. Well explained program and so far lots of support. Food is good and feeling well the first few days.
So far everything has been very, very good. I am not one of those people who come out of the starting line running, but may be trotting. So with that being said, the support that I am receiving so far for the last three weeks has been absolutely wonderful I text when I need help or have questions.. so far I have met three of the nutritionist or the people who support me on the phone.
