I feel as good as I have felt in many years. I understand the difficulties of letting go of old ways, and embracing new ones. This journey so far (one month) has been as smooth a transition into healthy patterns of living as any I have ever attempted. The products sustain and I look forward to nourishing my body. Very professional and thorough
I have lost 74.4 lbs. This program works and a once seemingly to me unattainable goal of losing 108 lbs is now within my reach! SOTA continues to be a very important part of my nutritional journey. They helped me lose 154.8 pounds and I have been on maintenance for almost 4 years. I have had ups and downs but the Arlington staff continue to be like family to me and help me stay or get back on track.
