Week 14 into the program I lost no weight! This caused mild panic in my world, but Teryn calmed me down and set me back on course. She was willing to spend a lot of time with me to figure out what went wrong. Their team support at the Arlington location is second to none! I now consider them all part of my extended family. Week 15 I lost 4 pounds to get me back on track! I’m 45 pounds lighter and feeling strong!

This is the best plan I have ever seen. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, SOTA will work for you. The Arlington staff are great and so encouraging. If you are serious and will follow the simple steps they give you, I believe this will work for anyone. Thank you SOTA.

I had a great experience using SOTA and the nutritionists were very helpful & knowledgeable about getting me to my goal. They were able to answer any questions I had concerning what not to eat. I liked the fact the products were tasty & very convenient and easy to make.
