Amazing results
I was the heaviest I have ever been I was getting used to being that weight.. It was great! Alyssa and Lauren were professional and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience.
The program is easy to follow and it works. I feel like a new person. The weekly calls with the SOTA nutritionists are helpful and encouraging. I'm eager to start the maintenance phase.
The girls in Arlington have been great! I have completed 2 years on maintenance and they are still keeping me on track.
