Since my doctor told me in January that my weight, and over all health were heading in the wrong direction. SOTA has really helped me turn things around. No experience yet. Food has not arrived and so have my first counseling session in 2 more days.
It starts the moment you walk in the door. The workers are cheerful and seem to genuinely care about your weight loss success. I have lost 33lbs in a little over 5 weeks and I am feeling great. I am learning the proper way to eat. I am in a vehicle off and on all day, but that doesn’t keep me from being able to follow the meal plan.

The program is great. Stay on path and you'll have much success. The staff is heavenly and very attentive.
