SOTA is as advertised. If you follow your custom plan, you will loose weight, FAST! As a man, I have averaged 3.5 pounds per week and I don't suffer hunger pangs. It is amazing!
I started my weight loss journey on my own and was able to lose able to lose 60 pounds. I was still 15 pounds away from my goal weight, and no matter how hard I tried, I could not lose those last 15 pounds, and that’s when I decided to join SOTA. The educated me on my eating habits and put me on a program to lose the pounds I needed to. Without that knowledge, I would probably never have gotten to my goal, so I am very thankful to SOTA for giving me the tools and support that i needed to get to goal weight.
The program is very easy to follow and it is so easy with the meals and snacks being provided. I liked being able to prepare or go out for the evening meal, and I found I did not overeat because there is so much food during the day! I'm sure some people don't like the meal packets but I loved them. I created lots of ways to add variety and I love having a routine. I only wanted to lose 15 lbs but lost 20 pounds before starting on the maintenance. The guides and calls are so supportive!

The workers are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are helpful and encourage you throughout the process. Easy access if you have a question.
The personnel were very helpful and interested in our success. They worked with our schedule and made it manageable. They always had suggestions as well as recipes for us to try, which made it nice. I really liked the meditation audios. I still listen to those when I feel challenged.
The plan is easy to follow and the results are great. I have lost 2lbs a week and am not feeling hungry. Being able to track progress with a real person every week is a bonus that I really appreciate. THANKS SOTA

When I came to the SOTA facility ready to get healing once and for all, Alyssa was at my side immediately to answer my questions and put me at ease. She is a lefty, so I knew I was in good hands. Allison then sat down to explain the weight loss process in detail. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. The next day I had questions so I called SOTA. Cloe was quick to pick up the phone and answered all my questions without feeling hurried. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and and warmth.
