This is a great program I am loving it! I feel lighter in weight but lighter overall all in life. The food is good, love the positive affirmations I listen to everyday! I am so happy I decided to make this change in my life. I love all the support I have received from the SOTA staff!

SOTA is a great weight program! It has worked for me in an amazing way. After trying many diets without positive results, using SOTA allowed me to lose 20 pounds in 11 weeks. My actual weight now is 119 pounds, and this was my goal. Now I have been in the maintenance period and I am keeping the ideal weight. The costumer service is also great: They are always nice and ready to give you the best advice. Thank you SOTA!

The Arlington location is fire! The entire crew there has star character! They keep your feet to the fire and make sure you succeed. If you are looking for accountability in your journey with you life style change then SOTA is the place for you! 30 lbs down and I feel amazing 🤩
Customer service is great. I’m a meat and taters guy never any vegetables but what they have done is make vegetables taste okay and how they lay out the meal plans is made easy.
Everyone I spoke with has been very encouraging and reassuring. I was nervous about eating out, but they looked up the restaurant’s menu and gave me choices that would keep me on the program. I have been on the program for 5 weeks and have consistently lost 2 pounds or more each week. Cravings are under control and I don’t feel hungry until just about time to eat. I feel great and I’m already feeling my clothes fitting more comfortably. It is quite expensive but for me it is absolutely worth it!
For over 50 years, I have had weight issues. Being a chunky kid is cute, but being a fat man is not.
