So far my weight loss has been amazing and my coaches and team very supportive! I can count on them for great ideas and quick responses to any questions.
SOTA is the easiest weight loss program that I have ever been on. I never feel hungry. As long as I follow the program, I am able to lose 2 lbs a week on average. So far I have been able to lose 33 lbs thanks to SOTA. It’s healthy and easy.
