All staff are friendly helpful and happy. They took care of me before and after I singed up on a plan. Sales talk was to inform not to push. I signed because I had to lose weight or face the risk of much worst health issues. I needed to lose fast and I have been able to lose 15 pounds in 15 days, so we push on.

It's good. Am losing at but the foods are monotonous...Need suggestions on regular grocery store foods we can eat
