Counselors are great so incouraging and try to help solve problems and cheer up when discouraged Diet is hard to stick to gets really boring but it works that’s all that matters Cost a lot for all the food you have to buy on your owns

I started off thinking this was going to work for me. I am diabetic and it has messed up my sugars and caused me to have too many Low sugars that then bounce to high sugars. The combo has made it so I am not losing very easily and I am trying really hard. I am giving it one more 8 week chance but wish your system worked better with diabetics

Everyone was extremely nice. I love the program and wish there was not a down payment but monthly payments equaled out so it would be more affordable.

This program is very effective. The coaches are friendly and helpful. It is a very expensive program, and the program is severely strict in the choices of program products. If you do not reach your goal weight in the time and money parameters they lay-out for you in the beginning of your program, you will have extra expenses that seem overly extreme. Tara was great and gave informative info and answered my questions. Good at creating value for your program. I’m interested in the program ideas but way too expensive for the normal person living pay check to pay check

This is a successful wgt loss program but it is very restrictive. I am down 32 lbs & Sota counselors want me to reach a healthier wgt so 10 more lbs to lose. The Sota products easy to use & are surprisingly filling. I am 14 weeks into program. It's hard to find the low carb- low calorie w protein products they recommend.

It is really expensive but I feel totally worth the money. The payment plan option is not what I expected, less than desirable. If they had a plan where you could pay 1/2 down and payments over the next 3-4 months, I feel more people would be able to afford it.
