Very helpful but I didn’t know when you start you had to reach a certain level recommended by Sota in order to be able to go on maintenance . I didn’t ever plan to loose as much as Sota wanted me too. I told Sota what I planed to loose and I did. I was very disappointed!!!
The weight loss part was very good. Once I lost 30 pounds, I didn’t have a lot of support with transitioning to a regular diet. I ended up gaining almost all of my weight back. Pretty disappointing. I think a Keto diet is very hard to maintain.
Nothing much just they take money upfront and same thing is sold at 1/4 price outside
Your service is way over priced.
Results were good but the path was unclear. I struggled with the plan mostly because i didn't understand the process for food orders and the general path. For example I received a pre-selected food order to start and had some input with my second order but i ended up with too of muck of some items and not enough of others. Some food was good but some was horrible or unappealing and i wish i had been more selective in what i ordered. Call was prompt and she was very friendly. But she couldn’t give me more information on meal plans because of proprietary information. Also it didn’t make sense to us that the program wasn’t cheaper if we were using our own foods. I’m allergic to so many things, it’s scary to purchase food I don’t prepare- nor to pay full price for a program and still have to buy my own foods.
I love that I have a person to report to and talk to. I am m disappointed at how slowly I am losing weight on the program and how expensive it is to continue. I wish that after the initial payment the next set could be a lot less so I could feel like I could continue to get to my goal. Way to expensive. I didn’t expect to have these heavy charges to continue the program
