This is an outstanding program. The staff is great also. O highly recommend it.

So far so good! I've lost 12 pounds in two weeks and I've never felt better. My energy level is through the roof and I no longer have cravings. It's amazing how much easier it is to chase around my toddler when my sugar level isn't going up and down all day and I'm having to live off caffeine. The staff at Southlake are awesome. So supportive and full of tips and tricks. I can't wait to see what the next few months have in store for me!

The process has been very easy and the food is convenient and tasty
Everyone is very helpful and kind. If I do what I should the program works perfectly.
The staff was very helpful and seamed to care about me and the challenges ahead, giving me upbeat comments until I was out the door.
You all ask good questions and had some great suggestions. I like the "shake" machine. Great flavors on the breakfast and snack choices.
