So far so good. All the staff are kind and supportive. The plan makes it easy to travel.
Sara did an incredible job of coaching me to lose even more weight. She provided me with a journal to help track my intake of food and offered support and encouragement. My weight basically remained unchanged over the course of a month, but am very grateful for my visit with SOTA

I need accountability to lose weight. Seeing the people at the Hillcrest and Northwest Highway location in Dallas has given me that and I have lost over 120 pounds in 8.5 months even though I am over 60. They helped me learn to plan for days that might otherwise break my diet and so I lost weight even during the holiday and birthday seasons. I definitely recommend the program for those who just need a little more help.
It's hard to say to compare it with any other weight loss program. I will say you are very organized and thorough. I just got my start-up kit and I am overwhelmed.
The accountability and coaching were spot on. Lost 50lbs and was able to come off my high blood pressure meds. Amazing that I love getting my picture taken now ... Thanks SOTA!
