I started off weighing 273 lbs. I finished up at 222 lbs. I’m still keeping my weight in the 220 to 230 area. The individuals from SOTA were excellent to deal with. Thanks Scott
SOTA is a great weight loss program that works and easy to follow. I enjoyed working with my dietitian Sara. She taught me how to choose the right food to loose weight and maintain my weight.

SOTA is still calling and supporting my efforts for sure. I have gained back 12 of the 22 pounds that I lost. I'm not finding success with losing those 12 pounds with just food choices. The program works for weight loss, but the maintenance is the struggle.
