SOTA was great. It took me a little time to make up my mind that I was ready for a change....but when I made that decision SOTA and their great staff delivered. I feel better than I have in years!

Now on maintenance , the monthly check-ins are so helpful. The nutritionist gets me back on track and I am still learning about more healthy choices.
