It has been a long Journey..I have lost 40 LBS, BUT MOST improvement is my A1c is now 6.5 from 8.5 and I wake up every morning and walk before work. Weekends I walk 3.5 miles both days and I was a couch potato for years prior. Long way to go but the side affects are great.
Best weight loss plan to work with! It’s very structured with weekly check-ins and sessions that work with you one on one. It’s perfect for getting off those stubborn pounds and it has trained me to really watch what I eat. The best part is I feel so much better!!! This is definitely a life changing experience that I will work toward every day!
