I received helpful, thoughtful and caring consultation in my phone sessions.
I was able to lose almost 60 pounds and have kept it off with the maintenance program for half a year. It’s not a diet as much as a way of re-thinking how we eat. I have learned a lot about what by body needs and how it responds to certain foods.

I lost 35 of the 4t in target. I actually was only trying to loose 20 lbs, but shot for the higher target at the recommendation of staff. The last 10 lbs. we’re hard to get. Staff is great and enthusiastic. Wish they could spend more time educating on the science behind the program. This would be especially helpful, especially during the maintenance phase. So glad I went thru the program and have suggested it to many friends. Thanks
Kazzie and crew have been super helpful getting me started on the program. They've given additional assistance beyond just the meal plan provided. Anyone who listens and takes action on the information given will be successful I am down 25 pounds over the first 5 weeks. Worth every penny.
