Great. Quick turnaround
It’s working!! I get all the support I need to succeed. Many of the SOTA products are really sweet. I prefer savory so that was a challenge for me early on. But I have learned which products to select each week to better suit my taste.
I’m a little over half way and once I got the hang of it, not that difficult. Never really felt hungry. Staff is always ready to help with tips. Hope maintenance gives me the tools to keep it off. I feel more energetic and can move and walk so much better without that 16 pounds. What a difference and 12 pounds to go!
On maintenance now, using the tools taught to me during the program. Actually lost an additional 4lbs treating myself to additional foods.
Food is great Communication is great
I'm down 20 lbs in just 1.5 months. My energy level is up. My mood is better. I look better and healthier. I'm not hungry all the time like I used to be. My chronic body aches and pains seem to be improving. Overall, I have had an excellent experience and would recommend SOTA to anyone that is serious about regaining control of their weight and eating habits.
