SOTA took me to a place I never thought I would see again, 35lbs lighter and two pants size smaller! Amazing!!!
Effective weight loss system
SOTA is awesome!! They are extremely helpful along the journey and they truly want to see you succeed. So far I’m 21 weeks into my journey and have lost a total of 95.2lbs, that’s about 4.5lbs/week average. I never could have done this without SOTA, they make it so easy to succeed it’s almost effortless. Highly recommend.
