The diet is a good one. I had slow but steady weight loss without ever feeling hungry or deprived. The support is very helpful and encouraging. My only complaint, and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that some of the products were not available when I ordered products. This happened several times over the period I was on the diet.
Loved the diet. Counselors were helpful, but the appointment times were not prompt and I sometimes waited for over 30 minutes. I feel my time was more valuable than waiting on them. Also too many SOTA products. I never ate 4 a day and even though I told them they still sent too many
