I have never felt hungry. The nutritionists have answered every question and resolved any minor issues I’ve had. I encourage everyone to do this program simply because it works, it’s not hard to do, and it gives amazing results: I’ve averaged five pounds lost per week.

The diet is a good one. I had slow but steady weight loss without ever feeling hungry or deprived. The support is very helpful and encouraging. My only complaint, and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that some of the products were not available when I ordered products. This happened several times over the period I was on the diet.
