Great program. Maintenance works. I lost 35 pounds in 10 weeks.
I'm only five weeks into my program and have lost 8.8 pounds. It takes dedication and a positive mindset. If you see all of the before and after photos of people that have lost hundreds of pounds, it's amazing! I want to feel better and look better too. I'm looking forward to my "After" photo! I know that my Sota coaches will get me there.
