The recipes were great and the attention from all staff was excellent!
I had very enlightening experience using the SOTA weight loss program. Amanda was the main person of my SOTA team. If I had questions I could call or text her and she was right there to give me answers. I was able to reach my goal ahead of schedule. The food was very tasty and I was never hungry. The snacks were very satisfying and the recipes I could use during the program were easy and very good. All in all a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend SOTA to anyone wanting to lose weight.
The nutritionists are very supportive and encouraging towards helping me achieve and maintain my goals.
So far so good! This is day day 3 and I feel great! I have more energy! AMANDA IS AMAZING! She is very responsive with any question I have.

They make the program very easy. Everyone we have spoken with has been super supportive and a pleasure to talk with.
My experience has been great and one of the main reasons is the personal interactions with the nutritionists. They take the time to talk to me as a person and not just another client. Their support and guidance has allowed me to embrace the journey and challenges associated with eating out or special events like the Super Bowl or family birthday parties.
SOTA is the best investment I’ve made. I have let go over 45lbs. My last Dr. Visit my Dr. Was blown away. I’m a diabetic and I went from a A1C of 8, down to 5.2. He told me what ever I’m doing, keep doing. The staff at SOTA is always encouraging and gives great guidance. I would encourage anyone ready to change there life for good to invest in yourself with SOTA. It truly is State of the Art.
Being able to lean on my SOTA for maintenance is a critical part of my continued success of keeping the weight off I let go over 3 years ago. I’m so grateful I can still go by and see them!
