Friends, I have been on the SOTA Program since January 21, 2022 and down 38 lbs. I am doing everything remote and staying in contact with the SOTA Team by phone / email / text message. Everyone has been very supportive answering questions since day one by providing food suggestions for restaurants I visit. The SOTA Team is also there if I need anything. Great support and follow up. The diet plans were well organized and the food actually tasted good.
My sign up for the program was explained in detail. They made sure that I understood what the challenge will be and why. The follow up to check and see if I was able to commit to the program for the first couple of days. So far so good.
It worked. I have been trying to lose 30 pounds for about 10-15 years. Not only did I lose the weight ahead of schedule but I no longer need my blood pressure medicine. This was something I didn't expect.
You were fast and efficient with getting me set up and ready to be launched into a new life style of health and fitness. I give SOTA a 10 thus far.

Great so far
Everyone is super nice & supportive. I've lost 30 lbs as of this morning and it's actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. I can't wait for the next 40 lbs to be gone !!!!
