I felt encouraged, supported and prepared for the start of my journey. Kazzie was thorough and kind, and I appreciated her willingness to share her story and how available she is. The appointment was organized and thorough.

I'm only on day three of my weight loss plan so I can only review my coach, Tricia. She is so cute and is totally committed to help me on my quest to lose thirty pounds. Her instructions were very detail oriented, and her enthusiasm for the program inspires me to not give up.
SOTA has been very supportive, especially during the holiday season where they know eating right can be a challenge. Very encouraging staff helps keep me on the right path towards my weight loss goal.
I’m still in the prostrating phase, but they have made it seem less scary! When I got my package in the mail I was overwhelmed!!! Then I got a phone call going over everything and it made me see everything in a different easier to handle view.
So far so good. I'm starting the program next week.
Amanda was AMAZING! She walked me through the whole process and addressed any questions and/or concerns that I may of had. Not only was she great on a professional level, but a personal level as well! Can not say enough about Amanda!
