Our virtual consultation with Landre was very pleasant and informative. She was very nice and helpful. Overall, the program sounds like a real winner and money well spent, but the cost is just a little out of range for right now.
Good for weight loss, Iost multiple pounds in the first few weeks
I'm a little over 13 weeks into the program, with 4 1/2 weeks left, and I'm down 54 lbs. The diet is easy to follow, and the foods are good, for the most part. I've hit a few plateaus, but they've been easy to get out of with just working out longer periods of time. I came into the program at the highest weight I've been since about 2011, and very out of shape. I feel so much better, and I'm almost back to being able to run a 10k. The SOTA staff was very informative and helpful in getting me started on my weight loss journey.
The SOTA program has been amazing and far exceeds any expectations I had! In 5 weeks, I am down 35 pounds and most importantly I am regaining my health! My Blood Sugar and blood sugar are now back in normal ranges and prior to SOTA they were dangerously high! Thank you SOTA!

Just finished 10 weeks of working with SOTA on the weight loss phase. I lost 37 lbs! Only negative is my wedding ring is too big now and falls off because I’m smaller than when I got married 14 yrs ago. :) We are now moving into the maintenance phase of coaching so that this becomes a permanent change. I’ll continue to see them and get coaching once a month for the next year
