My pre-SOTA weight was 245lbs. With this diet and the terrific counseling, I’ve lost to 190 lbs. Without the support of the SOTA experts, there is no way I could have lost this weight. I completed the diet plan a month ago and have maintained weight below 191 lbs! These folks are terrific!

It's been amazing for me to finally be able to get rid of the excess fat in my body. The nutritionists have been so helpful, they provided me so much information that has helped me get rid of 33 pounds so far. Even though I took a break during the holidays I was able to get back on track. The SOTA program is awesome!!

I met with Amanda. She was very helpful. I am now on a very strict maintenance section of the program, after having gained back a significant amount of weight. I am inspired and excited to get back to where it was at the end of the initial program. Chris Antone.
