It's been amazing for me to finally be able to get rid of the excess fat in my body. The nutritionists have been so helpful, they provided me so much information that has helped me get rid of 33 pounds so far. Even though I took a break during the holidays I was able to get back on track. The SOTA program is awesome!!

I wanted to wait a while before doing a review to give some honest feedback. I’m 6 weeks in and have dropped 26 lbs from my original weight of 231. I feel amazing and this has been relatively easy compared to other things I’ve tried in the past. The coaches at SOTA think I’ll lose another 14-15 lbs in the next month for a total of 40lbs.
