I lost the weight. The food products are actually quite good. You can lose weight, but you must follow the program and exercise discipline.

My pre-SOTA weight was 245lbs. With this diet and the terrific counseling, I’ve lost to 190 lbs. Without the support of the SOTA experts, there is no way I could have lost this weight. I completed the diet plan a month ago and have maintained weight below 191 lbs! These folks are terrific!
