From the moment I stepped into the office at Hillcrest in Dallas, I was set at ease. I first met with Jake who is a registered dietitian and who explained to me the SOTA concept and goals that are set specifically for me based on what I was hoping to achieve. I lost the weight. The food products are actually quite good. You can lose weight, but you must follow the program and exercise discipline.
