Very workable diet. Food was tasty. Coaches were supportive and gave good advise for dietary needs.
So far it has been a pleasant experience. Lots of old habits to break and re-think. Enjoying the spiritual insights, prayers, and encouragement.

SOTA works! I started 5 weeks ago and am already down 20 pounds without feeling hungry or deprived. The coaches are great and the variety of food choices is quite satisfying. I am five weeks into the diet and down about 15 pounds. The products are delicious and I genuinely look forward to my selections each day. My energy level is at its peak and I have lost the hunger jags associated with sugar highs and sugar lows. From the moment I stepped into the office at Hillcrest in Dallas, I was set at ease. I first met with Jake who is a registered dietitian and who explained to me the SOTA concept and goals that are set specifically for me based on what I was hoping to achieve.
