The nutritionists have been very helpful in identifying any issues and keeping me focused
Just finished 10 weeks of working with SOTA on the weight loss phase. I lost 37 lbs! Only negative is my wedding ring is too big now and falls off because I’m smaller than when I got married 14 yrs ago. :) We are now moving into the maintenance phase of coaching so that this becomes a permanent change. I’ll continue to see them and get coaching once a month for the next year
I met with Kazy and Amanda. They were friendly and upbeat and asked me at each step if I had questions. They said I could call them if I needed anything.
Very workable diet. Food was tasty. Coaches were supportive and gave good advise for dietary needs.
So far it has been a pleasant experience. Lots of old habits to break and re-think. Enjoying the spiritual insights, prayers, and encouragement.

SOTA works! I started 5 weeks ago and am already down 20 pounds without feeling hungry or deprived. The coaches are great and the variety of food choices is quite satisfying. Being in my early 50s I was concerned that it would be really hard to lose the weight I gained, but SOTA has been exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to get to my target weight. I am five weeks into the diet and down about 15 pounds. The products are delicious and I genuinely look forward to my selections each day. My energy level is at its peak and I have lost the hunger jags associated with sugar highs and sugar lows. I am thrilled with my progress and look forward to a slimmed down version of myself in time for summer.
