15 weeks into the SOTA program and 74.8 LBS lost. For 15 weeks straight I have experienced weight lose. No other program/fad or even lapband has produced consistent weight lose like SOTA has. The weekly visit with my assigned nutritionist severs as my personal accountability to my weight goal plus the knowledge and guidance by the nutritionist has been outstanding.
