I’m just getting started again. In the first round I lost 80 lbs. Took a break when COVID changed our lives. The SOTA team did a wonderful job. Their council and encouragement made the weight loss process easy. The supplements are great (almost all of them) and I can say that I don’t remember ever being hungry. This second round will allow me to reach my goal of a Total loss of 110 lbs. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
