Great experience. I did it with my family. Didn’t really need to loose a bunch of weight but wanted to eat healthier since I was having stomach and digestion issues. Those are all now gone. My SOTA nutrition coach said my goal was 12 lbs. I hit that in two weeks!!! Just by sticking to the plan. It’s been 6 weeks now and I’ve lost 25 lbs......not even trying!! Just eating healthy! Love it!!! Feel great!!
Well, I found the first week's results to be better than expected. We'll see how things go from here. I'm never hungry.

I have tried several weight loss programs over the years, and been successful at losing weight. But it always finds me again. This time, SOTA is able to help me lose the weight (40 pounds so far) and I am very hopeful that the maintenance program, once I get there, will be sustainable. I’m not hungry, I’m able to follow the plan using real food that I prepare myself, and I’m not required to purchase a ton of supplements to replace nutrients. It’s great.

Still trying to get used to the Products. No trouble with the choice of groceries I can buy. Really excited about having lost all the of weight in my the first week. I was told I should lose 2 LBS a week. I did a lot better than that. I lost 12 lbs. the first week on the program. I do walk, bike, and total gym most everyday. Excited to see more progress.
