Get experience so far, nothing was hidden. Very upfront with the process and plan.
I had a hard time hearing the consultant due to all the background noise.
I’ve lost 53 pounds in 5 months. I wasn’t hungry, and the recipes they offer each month have been wonderful. I like this program because you eat normal food and you learn to cook for yourself, you learn portion control, and you learn techniques to resist temptation. I hope maintenance works better than other programs I have tried, but I will find that out next. Great program!

The recipes have helped me create yummy meals while staying on my diet. The diversity of menu options that can be applied to the meal packets has been very helpful.
