I am very pleased with the program so far. Lots of follow up communication from SOTA. The food tastes good and I am not hungry. Only my first week but I already feel better. I think I can do this until I reach my goal.
Spoke to Emily one day for basic information. Called back to make conference call and spoke to another friendly voice. Both were a delight to speak to and very helpful. My conference call was with Amanda. She texted to say she was running behind with another client. I appreciated that since I had planned my time around the expected call.
